I tried to create an account to track the application status in this tool and filled the correct information but the system says, not able to identify you using the info you provided. I think from date for the visitor visa should be the date you entered Canada, and the to date should be based on the length of stay decided by the border staff. The guide says to Fill in the dates (From - To) you have been living in your current country of residence.

Hello, I just followed through your video and I have a doubt, hopefully you can help. When I go on my ircc account it just does not show me the button for "Visitor visa or work permit" it only shows the EE option. how do i navigate in order to get to apply work permit? my Condition - I already have an open work permit but it has a condition that i can not work in healthcare even though I studied to be an optician that is under healthcare. I understand I need to fill out the form and select other and explain in form the condition that needs to be removed but I can not seem to get to the point where I can actually file the application. Should I raise the forms and all other documents in webform and give them the reference to my current PGWP ? or is there any way through IRCC portal? appreciate the assistance very much.
